<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align disks arranged with a diaphragm held in between. <P>SOLUTION: The inner surface of an upper housing 13 has a tapered guide face 13c for guiding the disk 16 into the central position of the diaphragm 14. Consequently, when the diaphragm 14 is displaced to the maximum, an outer peripheral rising part 16b of the disk 16 is guided along the guide face 13c to align the disk 16 with the diaphragm 14. Further, since a shaft receiving part 15c is formed in the central position of the disk 15, the disk 15 is always held into the center position of the diaphragm 14 by a shaft 11, so that disk 15 does not come in contact with an inner peripheral surface 12a of a lower housing 12 even if the disk 15 is separated from the diaphragm 14 regardless of the installed attitude.
