<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a market research system in which data is continuously updated. <P>SOLUTION: This market research system using a portable telephone comprises a primary registration process for collecting at least the name, the address and the telephone number 16 of a portable telephone 12 of a participant in accordance with a participation telephone call made through a voice telephone network 14 from the participant to a campaign accepting center 13 over the portable telephone 12 by using an application telephone number 11 for primary registration notified in campaign 10, an application number transmitting process for transmitting a campaign application number 17 and a return destination e-mail address from an accepting computer 15 to the portable telephone 12 as a short mail by using the telephone number 16 acquired in the primary registration process and a secondary registration process for accepting the campaign application number 17 returned by using the return destination e-mail address from the portable telephone 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
