HEAT PUMP AIR CONDITIONING AND WATER HEATER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional heat pump air conditioning and water heater capable of performing highly efficient operation throughout the year.

SOLUTION: A heat utilization means 22 for exchanging heat between water or hot water in a hot water storage tank 19 and refrigerant in an outdoor heat exchanger 16 is installed in a refrigerant circulating circuit allowing the simultaneous operation of cooling or heating and hot water supply operations. Accordingly, not only hot water supply operation in which waste heat of cooling operation is used as heat source during cooling and hot water supply operation can be performed but also heating operation and defrosting operation in which hot water in the hot water storage tank 19 is used as heat source can be performed during the heating and hot water supply operation.
