<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to certify that a self-taught learner of a learning program has completed the learning program by employing a learning system which relies on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera is provided to a computer which the self-teaching learner uses, and the self-teaching learner in the midst of learning is pictured at a predetermined time decided by random numbers with a control of a learning system software. The pictured image information is transferred to a server of the learning system via a communication line, stored as a learning record together with a date and rating. The image information is confirmed when the completion of the learning program is certified, and the image information is included in a certificate.
