PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary plastic wrap housing box, which houses only a wrap as an consumable material while serves as a stationary article for permanent use to contribute to resource saving, and of which the shape the wrap housing box is adjusted for the efficiency and stabilization of drawing/cutting work of the wrap. SOLUTION: Upon cutting the plastic wrap 6, an arm 4, having a cutting portion 13 on the front end thereof, is separated from the surface of the front face wall 2a of an lower box 2 of the wrap housing box 1, and is set in a restricted state at an acute angle ofθfrom the surface. The wrap 6 drawn out from a tiny gap 10 between the lower box 2 and an upper lid 3 of the housing box 1 is guided to an arc-shaped portion 8 formed on the top end of the front face wall 2a of the lower box, and is made to come in contact with the cutting edge 13 of the arm member 4. By pressing only the plastic wrap 6 to the cutting edge 13, the plastic wrap 6 is cut easily without fail since the housing box 1 is stationary. A wrap 6a upstream to the cut portion of the plastic wrap 6 does not stick to the lower box 2 but hangs therefrom, so that the next cutting work is facilitated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
