PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger capable of suitably suppressing the unnecessary deformation of a passage wall of an annular passage. SOLUTION: This turbocharger is provided with a spiral scroll passage 10 into which exhaust gas exhausted from an engine flows, and the annular passage 12 formed around a turbine rotor 11 to blow the exhaust gas which flows into the scroll passage 10, to the turbine rotor 11 while increasing its flow velocity.
