INFLATABLE SUPPORTING ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an expanding antenna which is large and lightweight and causes no increase in weight load on sheet surfaces. SOLUTION: An inflatable structure 10 consists of: a supporting portion 11 forming an annular inflatable structure; and a film 12 having conductivity for reflecting radio waves arranged on the center of the supporting portion 11, and having its circumferential portions developed and tightly stretched by the supporting portion 11 via a cable 13. An inflatable structure 20 consists of a supporting portion 21 forming an annular inflatable structure; and a film 22 being arranged on the center of the supporting portion 21, and having its circumferential portions developed and tightly stretched by the supporting portion 21 via a cable. The structures 10 and 20 are coupled and supported by coupling portions 31 so as to be parallel to each other, and the films 12 and 22 are individually developed and tightly stretched by connecting cables 32 according to the length of each of the sheets so that the films 12 and 22 form concave surfaces and the film 12 forms the radio wave reflecting surface.
