PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock indoor-side and outdoor-side handles from an indoor side, and to unlock the indoor side and outdoor side handles only by operating the indoor side handle in the opening direction. SOLUTION: This inside locking mechanism 7 has a first locking part 71 composed of a recess or a projection formed on a journal reverse surface in a pull handle 1 or a push handle 2 arranged on the inner wall surface side of a door 3 and a second locking part 72 composed of a projection or a recess for locking in a closing position of the pull handle 1 or the push handle 2 and separating from the first locking part 71 in an opening position of the pull handle 1 or the push handle 2, and is composed of an operation piece 74 for exposing an operation knob 73 to an installing seat 5 and an energizing member 75 for usually fastening the operation piece 74 to a separate position.
