PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which has excellent heat resistance, excellent oil resistance, excellent chemical resistance, low water absorbency, excellent moldability, excellent gas barrier property, excellent flexibility and the like, and can simply be molded or processed by a general purpose heat melt-molding method or processing method in the same way as ordinary thermoplastic polymers. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polymer composition consisting mainly of a polyamide-based resin (I) comprising dicarboxylic acid units (Ia) containing terephthalic acid units and 1,9-nonanediamine units and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine units (Ib), an elastomer (II) and a cross-linking agent (III), wherein the mass ratio of the polyamide-based resin (I) and the elastomer (II) is 99:1 to 1:99.
