METHOD OF QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF OXIDATION DEGREE

With respect to the assay of oxidized analyte, the significance thereof is found from a novel viewpoint. That is, it is intended to provide means for changing the subject of assay from conventional quantitative determination to qualitative determination and establishing a novel clinical significance thereof. In particular, there is provided an assay of oxidized analyte wherein assay combinations are improved, especially means for determining the degree of oxidation of insulin, leptin or lipoprotein. As a result of such an assay, establishing of clinical significance can be realized.
