A fishing line automatic strike indicator comprising a LED (light emitting diode) indicator (1) and piezo buzzer sound indicator (2) powered by a battery source (5) and connected to a circuit (4) comprising a protruding set of metal contacts (6) which engage and retain the fishing line (7). When a fish strike has taken place the fishing line (7) is pulled out from the metal contacts (6) allowing them to close and complete the once open circuit (4) sending power from batteries (5) to the LED indicator (1) and piezo buzzer sound indicator (2) alerting a fisherman. An ON/OFF switch (3) connected to the circuit (4) terminating power supply is also provided.
