<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink for an inkjet printer, having excellent fixity, capable of being stably discharged from a nozzle, and capable of forming picture images having good scratch resistance, water resistance, and marking resistance, when used in an inkjet recording process. <P>SOLUTION: This ink for the inkjet printer comprises an aqueous ink containing at least a coloring material and a resin, wherein the resin comprises a block copolymer having at least one hydrophilic block and at least one hydrophobic block, each of the blocks comprises a vinyl ether-based polymer, and the ink further contains aluminum or an aluminum compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
