<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative feedback amplifier which has less reduction of a frequency band and can be effectively protected from electrostatic discharge (EDS). <P>SOLUTION: Diodes 17 and 18 for ESD protection are connected between a node N1 provided in the middle of a feedback resistance 16 connected between an output terminal 13 and an input terminal 11 of an amplifier 12 and power supply terminals 14 and 15. Though the ESD breakdown voltage and the frequency band are changed by the value of a resistance 16a between the input terminal 11 and the node N1, the frequency band is scarcely reduced and a required ESD breakdown voltage is secured by setting the resistance to 10 to 100Ω. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
