<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently cook at ease even when cooking procedures are changed. <P>SOLUTION: Basic cooking recipes of basic standard cooking procedures are stored in a basic cooking recipe database 8a, and in response to request by a client, the basic cooking recipes of the standard cooking procedures of the requested cook are output and displayed by basic cooking recipe outputting means 10.
