<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle needle of a joint plug for liquid medicine that is used at the time of taking out a liquid medicine from a vial, such as the vessel for drip, etc., and does not cause any sanitary problem by surely removing the liquid medicine from the vial without leaving the medicine in the vial by forming the joint plug for liquid medicine to have a prescribed thickness and setting the distance between the contacting section of the bottle needle and an extracting port to a prescribed value. <P>SOLUTION: The distance between the position of the extracting port formed on the lower side face of the front end of the bottle needle of the joint plug for liquid medicine and a step 8 is adjusted to 8 mm which is equal to the thickness of the joint plug. Consequently, when the bottle needle is pierced into the joint plug, the position of the extracting port comes at the bottom face of a vial 1 and the liquid medicine contained in the vial 1 can be extracted completely.
