<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying device and an image forming device having this device for stably carrying a sheet without causing inconvenience in forming an image. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet P is electrostatically attracted to and carried by an under surface of an endless belt 60 by impressing voltage on the endless belt 60 tensioned in a plurality of support members 11 and 12.
