PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of detecting a dishonest action in a card game on the spot. SOLUTION: A dishonesty detector 10 is provided on a table 1 and detects the dishonest action in the card game played on the table 1. The dishonesty detector 10 acquires appearing card information for specifying an appearing card which is the card appearing in the game of each time and the appearing card information is stored while the game is played. Then, the dishonesty detector 10 acquires leaving card information for specifying a leaving card which is the card leaving the game. By collating the appearing card information with the leaving card information, whether or not the appearing card and the leaving card match is judged.
