PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel vapor treatment device that can surely prevent oil supply by using a fuel injection gun from being hampered, caused by fuel accumulated in a lower curved part of a breather pipe, without disadvantage such as increase in weight or cost. SOLUTION: The lower curved part 34 is disposed at an intermediate part of the breather pipe 26 connecting an upper space 24 of a fuel tank 10 with vicinity of a fuel injection port 30 of a fuel inlet pipe 20, so as to prevent interference with a rear side member 36. An exhaust pipe 18 as an exhaust system part of an engine is arranged near the lower curved part 34. Even if liquified fuel is accumulated in the lower curved part 34, the fuel is heated and evaporated by exhaust heat from the exhaust pipe 18. Therefore, the oil supply using the fuel injection gun is not hampered. Further, since the exhaust pipe 18 itself is an existing part, the number of parts is not increased.
