BUILDING WITH MULTISTORY PARKING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for arranging a number of effective spaces as residence spaces with no parking space in an upper layer superior in a view, natural lighting and ventilation by intensively arranging a parking space in a lower layer in the building. SOLUTION: This building with a multistory parking facility forms a core in the building; the multistory parking facility is arranged with the lower layer of the core as a multistory parking facility space; a periphery is formed as a residence part via a common part; the core of the upper layer forms the peripheral part as the residence part via the common part; the upper layer for positioning the multistory parking facility space of the lower layer is formed as the common part or the residence part; and a transfer floor of an elevator is formed between the upper layer and the lower layer.
