PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful bird preventive material with which even in the case of repeatedly and continuously using this material, a learning effect is not developed, and it is no fear to develop secondary chemical-induced sufferings. SOLUTION: Copper of 70 kg, lead of 10 kg, tin of 10 kg and arsenic of 10 kg are mixed in a melting furnace and heated to 1,083°C and after uniformly melting and mixing the whole components, this mixture is cooled to produce an ingot of 100 kg, and this ingot is formed into an optional shape, and laid or suspended or placed to the flying position of the harmful bird.
