PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of suppressing the degradation of quality of signals transmitted between circuit components incorporated in a circuit assembly. SOLUTION: In the circuit assembly 1, the operation amplifiers 11_1 and 11_2 of voltage follower constitution are loaded on a semiconductor chip 11 provided in the semiconductor integrated circuit 10, the operation amplifier 21_1 of the voltage follower constitution is loaded on the semiconductor chip 21 provided in the semiconductor integrated circuit 20 and a substrate 30 having wiring 31 is provided. The output terminal 11_1c and negative input terminal 11_1a of the operational amplifier 11_1 are connected by a return route through impedance elements 12 and 13 and wiring 32, and the output terminal 11_1c is connected to the positive input terminal 11_2a of the operational amplifier 11_2.
