PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure for a wiring structure in which a stable state of mechanical characteristic and electric characteristic can be maintained even when an outer diameter dimension, etc., of the cabling body is varied and a shield connector using the terminal structure. SOLUTION: In the terminal structure for the wiring structure, a terminal connected to a center conductor of the wiring structure consisting of the center conductor, an insulating layer, an outside conductor and a sheath, in this order, and a conducting member electrically connected with the outside conductor are provided. The conducting member is provided with an outside conductor pressure bonding part, which is pressure bonded to the outside conductor, a sheath pressure bonding part, which is pressure bonded to the sheath and a diameter enlarged part with an outside diameter which is greater than the sheath pressure bonding part.
