PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for measuring the electric conductivity of an aqueous solution containing an electrolyte of salt or the like capable of measuring, even a small amount of liquid sample. SOLUTION: The cell is formed into a shape of one plane and constituted of both a substrate 1 made of an insulating material such as a polycarbonate resin material and a pair of electrode bodies 2 and 3 made of a conductive wire mounted on a measuring surface 1b of the substrate 1, in a state of being displaced by 180°. By flaring the liquid sample so as to bring the measuring surface 1b into contact with the liquid sample, the electrical conductivity of even a small amount of liquid sample can be measured.
