PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device that can secure ready usability. SOLUTION: This massaging device is constituted of a main body section 1 provided with massaging projections 3 which massage a body placed on its massaging surface 1a and, at the same time, a mechanism section 4 which operates the projections 3, and a cover body 2 which covers the massaging surface 1a of the main body section 1 and has a cushioning property. Since the cover body 2 works as a cushion when this massaging device is not used for massage and this device can always be kept in a living room, the user can readily massage his body with this device.
