PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a course of motion according to the biological state of a user from a plurality of courses of motion by measuring biomedical signals before the start of massage. SOLUTION: The air massage mat comprises a plurality of air bags 2 disposed on a base mat 1, an air intake/outlet device 3 for inflating, holding and deflating the air bags 2, a control device 4 for controlling the air intake/outlet device 3, an operation part 5 corresponding to the control device 4, a biomedical signal sensor 6 for measuring biomedical signals, a physiological state detection part 7 for detecting the physiological state from the values outputted from the biomedical signal sensor 6, and a motion course selection part 8 for selecting a course of motion based on the signal from the physiological state detection part 7. A course of motion fit for the physiological state of the user is selected from the previously prepared two or more courses of motion based on the result of detection of the physiological state by the physiological state detection part 7, and inflation, holding and deflation of the air bags 2 are controlled by the control device 4 according to a set pattern signal of the selected course of motion.
