PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the quick and easy adjustment of the degree of press expansion of the toe thumb with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The footwear has the first toe finger position regulation part 10 capable of positionally regulating the toe thumb F1 and the second toe finger position regulation part 20 capable of positionally regulating the individual toe fingers (F2 and the like) except for the toe thumb F1. The first toe finger position regulation part 10 comprises a pair of belt parts (11 and 15). Both the belts (11 and 15) are wound on the toe thumb F1 from the different side therefrom while hook and loop fastener component elements (13 and 17) of both the belts (11 and 15) are retained on each other to enable the positional regulation of the toe thumb F1 and the retaining positions of the respective hook and loop fastener component elements (13 and 17) are changed to enable the adjustment of the position of the toe thumb F1 with respect to the second toe finger position regulation part 20. In addition, a movement regulation belt 30 is provided to regulate the movement of the foot F in the direction of the separation thereof from the bottom part 1 of the footwear in contact with the upper F10 of the foot F.
