PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a front end panel from being deformed together with a side member, while restraining increase in weight of a vehicular front end part, as well as increase in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The front end panel 10 is fixed to a sub frame 21 assembled to a side member 20. Thereby, even when the side member 20 is buckle-deformed by a collision force, the collision force input into the side member 20 is not transmitted to the front end panel 10. Then, no bracket separated from the front end panel 10 is required and the deformation of the front end panel 10 together with the side member 20 can be restrained, while restraining the increase in weight of the vehicular front end part, as well as the increase in manufacturing cost.
