摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material of lithium cell anode with high energy density, excellent cycle characteristics and stable cell characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A surface plated layer made of an Ni layer, a Cu-Sn alloy layer and an Sn layer is formed in that order on the surface of a parent material made of Cu or a Cu alloy, with the Cu-Sn alloy layer made of a &eta; layer (Cu<SB>6</SB>Sn<SB>5</SB>) of a thickness of 0.5 to 100 &mu;m.
