RECEIPT ISSUING MANAGEMENT METHOD, SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To centrally manage receipts so that fair re-issue and linkage with other business systems are enabled.

SOLUTION: Executed are steps of: receiving information of a receipt accompanying with the receipt issue at a time of business deal of a user from a receipt issuing terminal connected with a computer via a network and storing the information to a database; accepting specification of reissue of receipt including attribution information of the user or attribution information of the receipt from the receipt issuing terminal; extracting information of the receipt corresponding to the accepted attribution information of the user or attribution information of the receipt from the database; updating history information of receipt reissue in the database about the extracted receipt; and transmitting information of the extracted receipt to the acknowledgement issuing terminal to execute reissuing process of the receipt.
