<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively evaluate the physical suitability and future business potential of a building after its renewal conversion. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of inputted data and a database, the regional conditions of the building of evaluation object is checked (step ST1). Then, whether the renewal conversion of the building of evaluation object satisfies legal conditions or not is checked (step ST2).
