<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for conveyance, which can exert high rigidity with little deflection even if the weight of the tray is reduced, and which enables the storage/conveyance of a required article in a constantly stable state. <P>SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin tray 1 for the conveyance, a peripheral wall part 3 is provided around a placement part 2 for placing the article; and the peripheral wall part is provided with a recessed groove 4 which is detachably engaged with a partition plate, so that partitioning can be set in accordance with the width diameter of the article to be housed in the placement part. In a great thickness part 7, a board thickness in the central part of the placement part 2 is made greater than a board thickness in a peripheral part. Otherwise, the board thickness of the wall part 3 is made gradually greater toward a lower end 3a in an end direction.
