PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fastening by smoothly inserting a bush pressed into a mount section of a steering gear housings between facing mounting parts on a car body side, in a mounting structure of the steering device. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the power steering device 10, the bush 31 is pressed into a hole in the mount section 21 disposed in a steering gear housing 11, the bush 31 pressed into the mount section 21 is inserted between the facing mounting parts 41 and 41 on the car body side, a bolt 42 is inserted into the facing mounting parts 41 and the bush 31, and the bush 31 is screwed with the facing mounting parts 41. A part of the bush 31 pressed into the hole in the mount section 21 is defined as a rubber cylinder 33, both ends of the rubber cylinder 33 are provided with a flange 33A projecting to the periphery of the hole in the mount section 21, and the flange 33A has a warping property to the side of wrapping a side surface of the mount section 21 in a previous stage of pressing the rubber cylinder 33 into the hole in the mount section 21.
