PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring electrochemical impedance by which electrochemical impedance can be measured accurately. SOLUTION: This method for measuring electrochemical impedance includes an impressing step S1 of impressing a periodically changing signal upon a sample to be measured for n periods (n is an integer of≥2) and an impedance measuring step S2 of measuring the impedance of the sample based on the waveform of a voltage generated in the sample and the waveform of a current made to flow in the sample during one period of the n periods excluding the first period.
