PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lubricating coolant from being scattered over a junction serving to electrically connect a motor with a power line for power exchange with the motor which a motor unit has, in supplying the lubricating coolant to the motor unit. SOLUTION: A cover member 60 is provided which covers the whole junction 50 for connecting the power line 52 from a stator 34b of the motor MG1 with the power line 54 to the motor MG1. The lubricating coolant forcibly fed to a fluid passage 74 with an oil pump 80 is supplied from a plurality of though holes 76 to each of a motor unit 30. The lubricating coolant which splashes over the junction portion 50 with rotation such as a planetary gear mechanism 40 arranged near the junction 50, is shielded by the cover member 60.
