PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone system which informs a user of an operating state of a water heater even when the user is at a place other than a bath room in a user's house. SOLUTION: A television receiver attached interphone 6b in the bath room BR comprises a television receiver 6a and an interphone unit 6b. The television receiver 6a has a function of controlling and monitoring the operation of the water heater 8 as a water heater remote controller and outputs an information signal related to hot water supply to the interphone unit 6b. The interphone unit 6b makes a two-way speech with a main master unit 3 and a sub-master unit 5 in the interphone system installed in the user's house, and a television camera attached interphone slave unit 1 installed at an entrance or the like, and when receiving the information signal related to the hot water supply from the television receiver 6a, the interphone unit 6b converts a signal form of the received information signal and transmits the resulting signal to the master unit 3 via a signal line 4 so as to allow display apparatuses 37, 60 of the main master unit 3 and the sub master unit 5 to display the information related to the hot water supply.
