PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability while ensuring required performance. SOLUTION: A pair of support columns 64a, 64b are provided among both side faces in the axial direction of an output side disc 17c and one side face in the axial direction of each input side disc 2a, 2b. An input rotary shaft 1a and a hollow rotary shaft 85 are inserted into support ring parts 66a, 66b provided in an intermediate part of the support columns 64a, 64b. Both end parts in the axial direction of the output side disc 17c are rotatably supported on each support ring part 66a, 66b by ball bearings 61a, 61b. A first carrier 88 and the input rotary shaft 1a are spline-engaged. A loading nut 117 is screw-fitted into a male screw part 116 provided in a tip part of the input rotary shaft 1a and is tightened firmly, and the first carrier 88 is connected with and fixed to the input rotary shaft 1a.
