PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tunnel electric inspection vehicle capable of being traveled even in a place having the depth of water deeper than a position getting in a vehicle of a sitting attitude in the water tunnel electric inspection vehicle used as a moving means when maintenance inspection work in the water tunnel having a small section is carried out. SOLUTION: The water tunnel electric inspection vehicle comprises a driving section 1 having a driving frame 3 and a driving wheel 8 mounted to the driving frame 3 and making a motor 6 using a battery 5 for a power source as a driving source and a riding section 2 having a riding frame 9 and the back rest 10. The driving section 1 and the riding section 2 are variable to either a travelable form at the sitting attitude or a travelable form at a lying attitude, and the position getting in the vehicle in the travelable form at the lying attitude is higher than the position getting in the vehicle in the travelable form at the sitting attitude.
