PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite underground wall for reducing the wall thickness, and rationalizing underground work even when the wall thickness is determined by in-plane shearing. SOLUTION: In this composite underground wall, a soil cement column row wall 32 for arranging a plurality of stress sharing core materials 40 in soil cement 38 and a reinforced concrete underground wall 34 constructed inside this soil cement column row wall 32 are integrated by stud bolts 44 installed in the core materials 40 of the soil cement column row wall 32. In this case, in the core materials 40 of the soil cement column row wall 32, at least the mutual both end core materials 40 are connected by a wide-flange shape steel material 42 with every prescribed number.
