PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase bead durability by suppressing CBU without loosing a cord at an outer end point of a bead reinforcement layer. SOLUTION: The bead reinforcement layer 10 extending from an inner end point Pi located near the radially inner surface of a bead core 5 to the outer end point Po is formed in a bead part 4. The bead reinforcement layer 10 has a double layer structure in which a reinforcement ply 12 is folded back at the outer end point Po to overlap so that a reinforcement cord 11 is inclined at 30°to 60°with respect to the tire circumferential direction. The height Hn of the bead reinforcement layer 10 and the height Hb of the bead apex rubber are both in the range between 0.3 to 0.5 times the height H of the cross section of the tire.
