PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a body frame of a motorcycle, in which a theft prevention device can be effectively mounted, by effectively realizing light weight and size reduction while maintaining high rigidity. SOLUTION: The front wheel 11 and the rear wheel 12 are supported with a body frame 1 in the longitudinal direction, and the output of a power unit 100 mounted on the body frame 1 is transferred to the rear wheel 12 via a power transmission means. The power unit 100 is suspended by a pair of left and right main frames 4 connected to a down frame 3 and by stay frames 7 connected to respective main frames 4. One stay frame 7<SB>L</SB>is made to be an open loop structure, and is provided with a suspended portion 9<SB>L3</SB>relative to the power unit 100.
