PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of a car-loaded speaker capable of easily mounting the car-loaded speaker on a front pillar without drilling a hole on the front pillar or removing the front pillar. SOLUTION: This mounting device is constituted of a bracket 8 to mount a speaker cabinet 10, a buckle 9 to connect one end part of a belt 6 to the bracket 8 free to adjust a connecting position and an engaging metal fitting 7 mounted on the other end part of the belt 6, and the bracket 8 is fixed on the front pillar 4 by fastening the belt 6 engaged with the front pillar 4 of a car body constituting member by the engaging metal fitting 7 with the buckle 9.
