PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for simultaneously and continuously setting up a tire side wall on the both sides of a cambered carcass and also setting up the tire side wall on a tire building drum. SOLUTION: The device is provided for setting up the tire side wall on the tire building drum by the device for cambering the tire carcass. The tire building drum is equipped with two lever systems which are substantially arranged in symmetry against the drum center. Each of these systems is combined with a lever carrier in a turnable way. In the device by which both lever carriers can move to the axis direction of the tire building drum, the carriers can move, simultaneously and face to face, to the axis direction via a base spindle.
