ANSWER SHEET WITH DUPLICATE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an answer sheet with duplicate sheet in which a duplicate sheet recording student's own answer contents can be left after submission in the answer sheet for an examination which is used by a student preparing for the examination or the like. SOLUTION: A recording means is applied at prescribed parts corresponding respectively to the upper answer sheet 1 and the lower duplicate sheet 2. The answer sheet 1 and the duplicate sheet 2 are detachable from perforations 8 for cutting and an adhesion part 3. Only the answer sheet 1 is submitted by separating both of them after answering.
