PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented film which shows an excellent feel of nerve due to the mechanical characteristics peculiar to a polyester film; its ability to successfully deal with the issue "thin-walled film"; and outstanding thermal properties/flextural fatigue resistance. SOLUTION: This polyester film is constituted compositely of a layer (I), a layer (II) and a layer (I). The layer (I) is a polyester composed mainly of polyethylene terephthalate and/or ethylene terephthalate with a melting point of not less than 225°C and the layer (II) is a polyester resin composition comprising polyester composed mainly of polyethylene terephthalate and/or ethylene terephthalate with a melting point of not less than 225°C and an olefin polymer with a dispersion diameter of 2 to 10μm in the ratio of 80/20 to 99/1 (wt.%).
