PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device enabling smooth lift of a lift shelf by efficiently using two springs. SOLUTION: A main rotating plate 12 is fixed to a rotary shaft 11b, to which a rear supporting link 5b is connected, and a secondary rotating plate 13 is rotatably fitted around the rotary shaft 11b. A first spring 14 and a second spring 15 are fitted to the main rotating plate 12 and the secondary rotating plate 13 respectively so that utilization efficiency of the springs is improved. A switching member 17 having an engaging pin 18 is fitted to the secondary rotating plate 13 so as to rotate around a rotary shaft 16. A state in which the main rotating plate 12 and the secondary rotating plate 13 are integrally rotate, and a state in which only the main rotating plate 12 rotates can be switched based on positions of the switching member 17. Thereby, an urging force of the springs can be adjusted in two stages with respect to the rotary shaft 11b so that the lift shelf can be smoothly moved up and down corresponding to the weight of the lift shelf.
