AIR CONDITIONING AND WATER HEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning and water heater enabling an air conditioning side circuit 9 to increase performance by the addition of indoor heat absorption to a hot water supply side circuit regardless of the history of cooling operation heretofore.

SOLUTION: This air conditioning and water heater comprises an air conditioning side auxiliary refrigerant heat exchanger 22 installed in the air conditioning side circuit 9 and a hot water side auxiliary refrigerant heat exchanger 24 formed integrally with the air conditioning side auxiliary refrigerant heat exchanger 22 for heat exchange installed in a hot water supply side circuit 14. When the air conditioning side circuit 9 is in a cooling operation, the heat collected indoors is added to the hot water supply side circuit 14 by the air conditioner side auxiliary refrigerant heat exchanger 22 and the hot water side auxiliary refrigerant heat exchanger 24 while the hot water supply side circuit 14 is operated simultaneously.
