PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information card device capable of easily replacing an authentication sensor at low cost.

SOLUTION: This information card is an information card attachable to an installation device having a biometrics sensor, and having collation biometrics information for authenticating a person. The information card comprises a means for reading the biometrics information from the biometrics sensor of the attachment device and a means for collating the read biometrics information with the collation biometrics information, and when the collation result satisfies a predetermined condition, a prescribed function is executable.
