PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film roll for preventing the deterioration in flatness of a film by wrinkles generated in winding. SOLUTION: In this polyimide film roll, a polyimide film having a winding width of 500 mm or more is wound by 30 times or more on a winding core, and a diameter of a central part is set larger than a diameter of both end parts of the winding core, and an outer diameter spot is set to 0.5 % or less.
