<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a die in which a female screw part can be stably formed without making manufacturing processes complicated. <P>SOLUTION: A molded article 50 is molded by filling up a molten magnesium alloy into a product part 5 of the die 1 and by cooling and solidifying it. After that, a screw-shaped pin 30 is turned. A female screw forming part 31 is rotated and retreated from a female screw part 53 of the molded article 50. By this, the female screw part 53 can be simultaneously formed during molding. Since the magnesium alloy has a property which is hardly seizable to a die material compared with an aluminum alloy, the female screw part 53 can be stably formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
