<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply method and apparatus for gel-like particles susceptible to crush of shape, e.g., gel-like pellets having immobilized microorganisms to a site requiring a long distance transportation where a boom of a transport vehicle such as a wrecker truck can not reach, an underground, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The supply method comprises the steps of dispersing the gel-like particles in a transportation liquid in a receiving tank installed above a supply target tank, allowing a mixed liquid in which the gel-like particles are dispersed to naturally flow down into the target tank, separating the transportation liquid from the mixed liquid flowing down into the target tank and returning the separated liquid to the receiving tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
